Terms of use

These terms govern the use of The Wedding Vendor Guide website and paid access to its catalogue of wedding vendors. By paying for access you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The website and catalogue are run by [—], IČO [—], [—]. You can reach us at hello@example.com or on Telegram.

2. What you get

• Access to the private catalogue: sections, vendors, prices, terms, languages and contacts.
• Favourites and the other features of your account.
• The length of access is stated in the plan description and starts when your account is activated.

3. Payment and activation

• You pay by card transfer using the details shown after registration. Put your account email in the payment reference.
• Access is activated manually once the payment arrives, usually within a few hours and no later than 24 hours.
• There is no subscription and nothing is charged automatically.

4. Personal access

• Access is intended for one user and may not be passed on to third parties.
• Copying, forwarding or publishing the catalogue, including vendor contacts and prices, is not allowed.
• Pages may carry a personal watermark, and the number of devices signed in at the same time may be limited.
• If these rules are broken, we may block access without a refund.

5. Vendor information

• We collect and organise information, but we are not a party to agreements between you and vendors and do not mediate disputes.
• Prices and terms are current as of the moment the listing was agreed with the vendor and may change. Always confirm them with the vendor before paying a deposit.
• A vendor's presence in the catalogue is not a personal recommendation or a guarantee of the quality of their services.
• The catalogue may change: we add, update and remove profiles.

6. Refunds

Access to digital content is provided immediately after activation. By paying for access you ask for it to be provided before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has started. If a technical problem means you did not receive access, write to us: we will fix it or refund your payment.

7. Liability

We try to keep the information accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for vendors' actions, their services or your agreements with them.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
